Business Tax Returns, Filed Right and On Time
S corporation and partnership returns prepared and signed by a CPA, with the K-1s, basis records, and state filings that go with them.
What We Prepare
- S corporation returns (Form 1120-S), including shareholder K-1s and Form 7203 basis tracking, so the money owners take out is reported correctly.
- Partnership and multi-member LLC returns (Form 1065), including partner K-1s and the partnership representative and audit-rule elections.
- State business returns wherever you have filing requirements, including Florida and multi-state filings.
- The owners' personal returns, so the business and personal pictures match.
Deadlines That Matter
S corporation and partnership returns are due on the 15th day of the third month after year-end, which is March 15 for calendar-year businesses. Owners need their K-1s before they can file their own returns, so late business returns often mean late personal returns too. With a monthly package, your books are already done when tax season starts, so returns aren't a scramble.
Only Need a Return?
If you keep your own books and just need the return, we prepare business returns on their own, starting at $1,000, with no monthly commitment.
Business Tax Returns Questions
What Do You Need from Me?
Access to your books, bank and loan statements, payroll reports, prior-year returns, and records of any asset purchases or sales. We'll send a checklist through the client portal.
Can You File an Extension?
Yes. An extension gives you more time to file, not more time to pay, so we'll estimate any balance due and help you pay it on time.
Can You Fix a Prior-Year Return?
Yes. Amended returns and unfiled prior years are quoted after a review.
